Leopard's professional yacht racing team consists of a pool of the most talented yachtsmen on the international race circuit. The crew are a combination of Americas Cup and Volvo Ocean Race sailors, many of whom have sailed on the Leopard programs for a number of years in between their other high profile racing commitments.

Some of the regular faces amongst the Leopard race crew are as follows:

HUGH AGNEW

Position: Navigator
Nationality: Australian

Biog: Veteran british based navigator for 35 years. 17 years with Mike Slade. Hobart overall winner 2004. Fastnet record 2007.

GIAN AHLUWALIA

Position: Pit
Nationality: Canadian

Biog: Multiple Whitbreads. Boat captain of the Alexia & Maria Cativa programs. Qualified class 4 super yacht Captain.

GUILLERMO ALTADILL

Position: Drive/Navigator
Nationality: Spanish

Biog: 9 times around the world incl 2 x Whitbred. 1 Jules Verne. 1 Barcelona World Race. Assa Abloy in 2000-1 VOR. Ericsson in 2005-6 VOR. Team Russia in 2008-9 VOR plus 5 Olympic Games.

IAN BUDGEN

Position: Driver/Watch Leader
Nationality: Scottish/British

Biog: 49er Olympic Class, Americas Cup and Volvo Race experience, including GBR Challenge AC03, Pirates of Caribbean VOR 06 and Green Dragon VOR 09.

JEAN MARIE DU MUIR

Position: Bow
Nationality: New Zealand

ROB GREENHALGH

BRAD HOOKER

MARTIN IBSEN

Nationality: Danish

Biog: Olympic champion 2008 49er RC44 overall winner and Gold Cup winner 2009 3rd. Worlds RC44 2010 4th overall Sydney Hobart 2010.

MIKE JOUBERT

Position: Trimmer/Driver
Nationality: South African

Biog: Brunel Synergy, Assa Abloy, Movie Star, Team Russia VOR's.

LUKE MOLLOY

Biog: ISAF Rolex World Sailor of the Year for 2006. Three America's Cup campaigns, Team New Zealand & Oracle BMWVOR winner on two occasions, TEAM ABN AMRO & Skipper of ABN AMRO ONE Current CEO and Skipper of the VOR Team Sanya.

FREDDIE SHANKS

Nationality: British

Biog: TP52 World Champion (Patches). Fastnet 2009 overall winner. 2 X Maxi Worlds winner. Green Dragon bowman in 2008-9 VOR.

CHRIS SHERLOCK

Nationality: Australian

Biog: Chris has worked for Mike Slade for 20+ years on all four of his yachts: Ocean Leopard, Longobarda, Leopard of London and now ICAP Leopard.

Biog: Owner of maxi yachts for 22+ years. Helmsman of Leopard plus her predecessors Leopard of London, Longobarda & Ocean Leopard.

Biog: 12 yrs offshore and inshore maxi boat racing. 6 Fastnets/5 Hobarts. 9 speed sailing and race course records.
